DIAGNOSTICS
In the unlikely event that a fault develops then Packs Infotel can carry out diagnostics remotely via our diagnostic unit
situated at our premises, or alternatively
at the customers premises. There are also easy to use self diagnostic test that customers can perform themselves in order to ascertain the cause of a fault.
LOW BATTERY LEVEL ALARM
The Model 30 can dial out and inform duty personnel that the battery backup power is about to expire.
PAGERS
A wide range of pagers are compatible as standard e.g. Vodapage, B.T and Mercury pagers are compatible all compatible. Pagers
are available in a number of different formats
Tone Paging, Numeric/Display Pagers, and Alphanumeric pagers.
DELAYED INITIATION
Knowledge of certain momentary alarm conditions e.g. power supply fluctuations or dips are not generally required. The
Model 30 can be programmed to ignore selected inputs for a pre-set time period. Each Input having it's own input delay if required.
EMERGENCY CHANNELS
One or more inputs can be designated as an emergency channel and, when activated can initiate an alternative dial out
sequence to alert different staff e.g. Security staff as opposed to Maintenance staff.
ON/OFF ISOLATE
The Model 30 can be switched on or off to stop it dialling out either by an optional external key switch or by using the
M30's internal time clock. Where sites rely solely on a battery to supply power, the time clock can also be used to shutdown the whole dialler during the time period(s) that it is not required.
CENTRAL STATION
The Model 30 is compatible with the Pack Infotel Central Station. This is a P.C. based system for customers with multiple
sites running under Windows 95,98,NT, for automatically testing, auto polling, recording and storing information
