What is an Autodailler

USER: OK, You look like a big white box to me, what exactly do you Do!

M30: Thank you for that comment, Well I watch for a "Change of state".

USER: Change of STATE, WHAT are you TALKING about?

M30: Well just about anything that changes as a consequence of the monitored Environment.

USER: Like WHAT give me some examples.

M30: Okay, Temperature hitting Critical Level or Water Levels, Pressure, Door opening.........

USER:  OKAY, I think I've got the idea, so you have Sensed this "Change of State" what our you going to do about it!

M30: AH, Well then I start to make phone calls to let you know what's going on!

USER: And what would I hear?

M30: You should listen to YOURSELF! No Really because that's who you would hear. You see what you do is have a chat with me & tell me what you are going to say when there is a problem, & like a Parrot I will repeat your message back to you.

USER: I think I know what your talking about but give me an example.

M30: Okay, lets say you want to know when a temperature is too High in Room (A) You would press one of my  buttons and record the message "Warning the temperature in room (A) is High". Then at some point in the future should the temperature become to high in Room (A), guess what I do?

USER: I KNOW!! you telephone me and let me know, NUT what if I am not on the other end of a standard telephone, Aahhh GOT you Now!

M30: MMmm, NOT Really cleaver clogs, because I can send  Messages to Mobile phones, Pagers, and even Computers.

USER: WOW, Okay so how many calls can you make.

M30: Well I have 4 Rosters and ..................

USER: STOP, Stop, Stop WHAT on Earth is a ROSTER when it's at home!!

M30: OOPS, SORRY about that, well a Roster is a word I use to group 5 Telephone  numbers I.E. Roster 1 would have 5 Numbers and Roster 2 etc. So in answer to your question. I can store 20 phone numbers at any one time.

USER: Okay with you now, BUT what if  I don't want all numbers to be called when I have an Alarm?

M30: NO PROBLEM, Who ever receives the call simply phones me back, and that's it NO MORE Calls from me for that Alarm.

USER: What for EVER!!

M30: NO, No, calm down, No only until you have dealt with the problem and then I am ready to go with that Alarm again.

USER: So you just have this ONE Alarm then?

M30: No, I can have up to 56 Alarm channels connected to me so you could be sensing at any one time the Temperature in let's say 5 different rooms, and your Fire Panel, generator, Pump, Security Panel, Your......................

USER: OKAY, GOT the point, so what's the point of these ROSTERS of yours?

M30: Well you may have different Duty Staff called when you have an Alarm(s), Not a lot of point Phoning Dave & John lets say at the weekend since they are always in  the Pub, and switch their mobiles Off.

USER: This all sounds Impressive, can you do MORE?

M30: Oh YES, much More, & with the added bonus that I am designed and Manufactured by Packs Infotel, therefore I can be Modified and Additions added in our workshops in the UK.
